TED'S DOG WALKING SERVICE was founded on the belief that the act of walking is one of the most important activities a dog does every day. For centuries, man and dog have lived together for mutual benefit. The walk is the modern day equivalent of a time when man and dog would migrate long distances daily in search of game. Today, the walk follows the same pattern to which dogs were originally selected, bred, and worked. The pattern of waking, migrating in search of food and water, playing, and going into rest mode again. By continuing to give our dogs satisfying jobs that follow this natural pattern, we fulfill and enrich their lives. The walk provides much needed exercise, the discipline and mental stimulation that comes from working as a pack member with a human companion, and affection as the dog is praised for a job well done.
